Terms & Conditions – Dricus Du Plessis Limited Edition Glass Prints

1. Product Overview
Each glass print is part of a highly exclusive collection, produced with the utmost care and craftsmanship. These are collector’s items, and availability is strictly limited.

2. Payment & Reservation

• Prints are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once payment is received, your print is marked as Reserved or Sold, depending on availability.
• Due to the custom nature of the product, no cancellations or exchanges are permitted once the order is confirmed.

3. Shipping

• Nationwide shipping within South Africa is included in the price.
• For international orders, additional shipping arrangements and costs will apply. Please contact us directly to coordinate international delivery.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

4. Returns & Damages

• No returns or refunds will be accepted unless:
  • a) The item arrives damaged, or
  • b) There is a production defect.
• In the case of damage or defects, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the print, including photographic evidence and original packaging.

5. Production & Delivery Timeline

• We take pride in the quality of our prints. Perfection takes time.
• We aim to dispatch your order within 14 working days, but due to the specialised production process, please allow up to 23 working days for final delivery.
• Delays due to suppliers, couriers, or public holidays may occur and will be communicated if necessary.

6. Ownership & Copyright

• By purchasing a print, you are acquiring physical ownership of the product only. All imagery and designs remain the intellectual property of the artist or brand and may not be reproduced or resold without written consent.
